To facilitate self-learning through design, the 'library' is redefined as an open, approachable and comfortable co-learning space. The library unfolds along a dynamic spine of bookshelves. The undulating bookshelves are incorporated with flexible seatings and functions, stretching their limitation beyond archives of books. While books are oriented inwards, the outward-looking reading spaces are embraced by the sea and mountains. Colours resembling nature, and acoustic materials are used to re-connect students with the gifted natural environment around the campus. The library is also equipped with VR classroom, interactive tablets to promote learning beyond the hardcopy books.
為推動自主學習，新設計把「圖書館」重新定義為開放、親切、舒適的學生共學空間。設計以一條蜿蜒的中軸為重心：圖書對內，學習及閱讀空間對外。對外採用落地玻璃設計，把山水引入學生的閱讀環境之中。室內則採用貼近大自然的顏色和物料，配以吸音設計，重塑學校與周圍自然環境的連結。起伏的書架突破傳統書架作用，與多元化的座位及活動空間設計融為一體，為圖書與人帶來更多互動。為配合未來發展趨勢，圖書館更突破紙本的界限，引入科技如VR體驗空間，互動圖書展示屏等，讓學生更投入學習。
